Activity, reports, replay and undo

Who did what

Each approval in Activity shows whose authority it ran under: a person's OK, a standing approval, an Always allow rule, or still waiting. Owners and admins can download the activity as Markdown or CSV and see what each assistant did in the last 7 days. Cost figures are what the assistants reported about themselves.

Replay and report

The thread menu has Replay this goal, which steps through what happened, and Download report, a Markdown file with the results, approvals, outcome and any receipt.

Undo a delete

A deleted thread can be brought back for a day with Undo.

Check this

Under a result, RoundSeat may add Check this when it sees three or more figures with no source, two assistants giving different numbers for the same thing, or a claim to have sent or posted something with no approved request on record. It is a nudge only and blocks nothing.

Files

You can attach images, PDFs, text and JSON files up to 50 MB. Images are kept but not read as text. Voice notes are not available on hosted tables yet.
