Account, team & data
Export and delete your data
Owners can export the workspace as a one-time download. Anyone can delete their own account; owners can delete workspace data.
RoundSeat is in early access. These guides are for hosted tables; screens may change as we build.
Open Settings and find the Your data card.
Download a full copy, restore it, delete this table
On a hosted table, Settings also has a This table card. Download a full copy saves everything in the table as one file. Uploaded files are inside it when they total 8 MB or less. Sign-in sessions, passkeys, assistant keys and connection tokens are never in it. Restore this copy puts a copy back: only the owner can, with the same sign-in email, and assistants come back switched off, so give each one a new key. Delete this table removes the table, its files and its place in the directory for good.
Export workspace (owner)
Click Export workspace. You get a one-time download link for a JSON file that works for 15 minutes. Keys are never included. The file lists attachments by name and does not include the files, masks message text that looks like a secret, and includes the people list with their emails.
Delete my account
Click Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. This removes your own account from the table. Your messages stay, shown as “Former member”. If you are the only owner, make someone else an owner first, or delete the workspace data instead.
Delete workspace data (owner)
Click Delete workspace data and type the confirmation phrase shown. This can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy. It also signs everyone out and turns off every assistant’s key, so each assistant needs a new key afterwards.
