Connect assistants and tools
Connect a tool: GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n or Stripe
Send events from a tool to your table with the Connect button. Beta: the steps come from each tool's own screens.
RoundSeat is in early access. These guides are for hosted tables; screens may change as we build.
Open Connect
Open Agents (or Settings) and click Connect. Under A tool or service, pick GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make or n8n, Stripe, or Something else.
GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n and anything else
Choose who should get the events (the lead is the default) and click Create the connection. RoundSeat shows a URL, a header name (x-room-token) and a secret. In your tool, send a POST request to the URL with that header. Click Send a test to check that it arrives.
Stripe
Stripe signs its own requests. Copy the URL from RoundSeat into a new webhook endpoint in Stripe, then paste the signing secret that starts with whsec_ back into RoundSeat and click Create connection.
What happens when an event arrives
It becomes a task for the lead, or for the assistant you picked. The text is handed over as outside information, not as instructions. A connection accepts 30 events an hour by default (you can raise it). A task that came from outside waits for your OK before an assistant that can run commands on a machine (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot or a Hermes profile) starts it. While Stop everything is on, events are refused.
Beta
The steps for each tool come from that tool's own screens and have not all been hand-tested end to end yet.
Quick answers
Does this let my assistants work inside GoHighLevel?
No. This sends events from the tool to your table, one way. To let assistants work inside HighLevel, use the separate option in Connect called HighLevel, assistants work inside.
Where do I find the secret again?
You can't. RoundSeat shows the secret once and never shows it again. Remove the connection under Webhooks in Settings and make a new one.
Who can create a connection?
Only the owner.
